1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Synfluencer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Synfluencer on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. The service
Synfluencer is a connected content workflow. Its discovery, drafting, image, video, scheduling, engagement, and quality-control systems help move work from source to approved post while keeping the profile's voice and context attached. A Synfluencer can mirror your own voice, represent a brand, or power a synthetic persona you disclose. You remain responsible for everything published under your account and its compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used to harm others or the service.
4. Workspaces and shared access
A workspace owner controls membership and is responsible for the people and guest links they authorise. Roles limit what teammates can do, but they do not replace your responsibility to review access and remove people who no longer need it. Billable actions performed by permitted teammates consume the workspace billing owner's credits. Usage statements are allocation records for your reference, not invoices issued to your clients.
A guest review or report link gives anyone holding the active link access to the single linked item until it expires or is revoked. Do not forward a link beyond its intended recipient. Attributable review decisions, usage records, report snapshots, and audit events may remain after membership is removed so shared-workflow history stays accurate.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Synfluencer to:
- Publish content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
- Automate spam, coordinate inauthentic behaviour, or violate any social platform's terms of service
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through Synfluencer. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as required to operate the service. Your content is never used to train AI models.
7. AI-generated content
Drafts, captions, and briefs produced by the Synfluencer agents are generated automatically and may contain errors. Every piece of content goes through an approval flow before publishing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it reaches your audience.
8. Social platform connections
Connecting your social accounts grants Synfluencer OAuth access to publish and read data on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from the Social Connections settings page or directly from your social platform account settings. Revoking access will pause publishing for that account.
9. Billing and cancellation
Synfluencer uses prepaid pay-as-you-go credits instead of recurring subscription plans. Credit packs are purchased in advance and consumed as AI actions run. Unused balances and refunds are only provided where required by law or where Synfluencer expressly states otherwise.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synfluencer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days notice of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
